Purpose Driven Real Estate

Helping you make the Right Move!

The 3D's Of Home Prep

Removing items that are not being used for everyday living...need to be donated, stored up for moving, or thrown away.    Our motto is "Less is More"!

Neutralizing the interior and exterior for buyers to be able visualize their furniture, accessories, and photos are critical in helping buyers determine a home for them.

We bring in our Staging/Designers to make your home stand out!  Along with the staging, we always use professional photography to help sell your home first on the internet, in getting buyers to come and see your home in person.

Testimonies - Solutions we provided our clients

Theresa LR Flament, MD

Problem:  Theresa was a Homeowner who had relocated out of state, believing that her beautiful W. Bloomington home would sell quickly.   When it did not sell with the original Realtor she hired,  and the home sitting on the market off and on for over a year,  she reached out to us.

Testimony from Theresa:

Connie Vanderzanden came to me highly recommended by a trusted friend.     Connie and her team are magicians when it comes to Real Estate.  I would recommend her and her team without the slightest hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Minnesota!  She was an angel for us and I know that she and her team can do an excellent job for you as well.

Joe and Edie

Problem:  We no longer needed a large home with a large yard.  They tried, unsuccessfully, for years to sell their Burnsville home.  She reached out asking what our team would do to SELL her home not just LIST it.

Testimony from Joe and Edie:

Connie Vanderzanden was the Realtor who immediately identified the things that were lacking in the home, and helped us find the right people to get those things done!  Connie's marketing strategy resulted in the sale of our home within 2 days!!

Branden & Emily

Problem:  We are getting married!  No - that isn't the problem - but it IS time for a larger house. We thought selling a home as well as buying a new one - all while planning our wedding might be a little stressful. Finding just the right Realtor to understand and guide us was important.

Testimony from Branden and Emily:

My wife and I not only had Nancy Dalton sell our beloved condo, but she also helped us find the home we wanted to settle and start a family in. Nancy is one of the most kind and friendly people you will ever meet. House shopping can be stressful at times, but Nancy made each showing easy and fun! She is a very hard worker and very talented at what she does. With her help taking photos, creating a video and listing on her website, our condo sold the day it was listed! Working with Nancy through this whole process she not only gained a permanent client that we will recommend to anyone buying or selling of real estate, but we're happy to call her our friend. Thank you again for making the whole process a wonderful one!

Our Process

Know and Understand Our Clients Needs/Wants/Goals

We begin with an interview.  We must first understand you, your needs/wants/goals and expectations.

We then share with you our expectations, for the condition of the home and the price we need to be at in order to SELL your home, not just list it!    When in agreement....we move forward!

Generate excitement

Part of the reason our DOM (Days on Market) is lower than the market average, is the time we spend on pre-marketing and prep of your home for the market.  Our goal is to make certain that your home does NOT help sell someone else's home! We have to first sell your home to potential buyers and their agents on the internet.   Once we have done that, the buyers are excited to come and see your home and try it on to see if it is a good fit for them.

Close the deal

We are committed to you, and working on your behalf to help you negotiate the best possible price and terms for the sale of your home.   Our goal is to always help you net the highest possible and minimize unnecessary stress all the way to the closing table.
